🕒 How long will my order take?
We try to move fast. Please allow 1–2 business days for production.
Shipping takes around 3–8 business days depending on your location.
(Unless you're on the moon. Then we need more time.)
📦 I’m not in love with my order. Can I return it?
Yes. If your item is defective or damaged, we offer a full refund — just return it within 30 days.
You’ll need to cover the return shipping and include your order number inside the parcel.
We’ll process your refund once we receive and inspect the item.
Please don’t send back a hoodie your cat already claimed as a bed.
🛑 Can I cancel my order?
If it hasn’t gone into production yet — yes.
Email us right away at pixeltoparcel.shop@gmail.com and we’ll cancel it.
If it’s already been made or shipped, you can return it after it arrives.
📮 I entered the wrong address — what now?
Email us immediately at pixeltoparcel.shop@gmail.com.
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it.
If it has… we’ll do what we can, but we can’t chase down delivery trucks. Yet.
