✅ Returns & Refunds – Pixel to Parcel

We get it — sometimes it’s not love at first parcel.
If your order’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive it.


🧾 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags must be attached, and packaging intact.

  • You’ll need your order number or receipt.

Please note:
You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
And please don’t send anything back before you contact us — we won’t be able to accept it.


🛠 Damaged or Wrong Order?

Opened your parcel and found a disaster inside?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.


🚫 No Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item or size, return the original for a refund and place a new order.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off

If your order was shipped to the EU, you’ve got 14 days to return it — no questions asked.
The item must still be in its original, unworn condition with proof of purchase.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If yes, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
